A couple weeks ago in the History Through Films class students watched the movie 1917. As part of the movie intro students go outside and walk a lap on the track carrying at least 45 pounds. This is to simulate what it might be like to carry gear in the military.

Each year, Rumpke awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate academic achievement, community involvement, and an interest in environmental stewardship or related fields.
